About TeamDays

Ben and Sasha, the co-founders, were involved in organizing retreats for a non-profit organization for several years. We found that there was no good platform to find the right venues for team retreats, not to mention dealing with other complexities like arranging meeting rooms, selecting catering options, negotiating contract terms, etc. It was time-consuming and frustrating.

Post-Covid, many teams stayed remote, and we kept hearing from companies that they wanted to organize more team retreats–to stay connected, effective, focused, and inspired. Knowing the difficulty they faced in planning these retreats, we started TeamDays, a place where teams go to organize their perfect offsite.
